By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or using the Belike application ("Belike", the "App", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Belike.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
Belike is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Belike. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide about your age is accurate.

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Belike, our services, applicable laws, or other operational requirements.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Belike a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use the User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the Service.
This license ends within a commercially reasonable period after the applicable User Content is deleted from the Service, except where retention or continued use is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable. Belike does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
Belike does not currently use third-party advertising networks or advertising SDKs to display personalized advertisements in the application.
Belike may offer paid features, digital benefits, and in-app purchases.
The applicable price, subscription period, and benefits will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Belike may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, yearly, promotional, or other subscription plans.
When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store:
If Belike offers a free trial or promotional period, the applicable duration, eligibility requirements, and other terms will be displayed before purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period may be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased, where permitted by applicable terms.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
All content, features, and functionality of Belike, excluding User Content, are and will remain the property of Belike and its licensors.
The trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials used in connection with the Service are owned by Belike or their respective owners.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, lease, or create derivative works from Belike or its proprietary materials.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of Belike at any time, including individual features.
We do not guarantee that Belike will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
We may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, or other technical work that temporarily affects availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination of your Belike account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
You may request deletion of your Belike account through the account deletion functionality provided in the App, where available, or by contacting us at origincitylt@gmail.com.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, maintain security, or for legitimate backup and record-keeping purposes.
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Belike, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer rights or bringing a claim in a court or forum where applicable law gives you that right.
You agree to comply with applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Belike regarding your use of the Service, except where additional terms are expressly presented for a particular feature or service.
