By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Belike application ("Belike", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Belike. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms in the app or on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Belike after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information from users. By using Belike, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
To access certain features of Belike you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Belike grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly permitted by us, you must not:
Belike may allow you to submit, post, or display content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content, but by submitting User Content you grant Belike a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We may remove or refuse to publish any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
When using the Service you must not:
Belike may contain links to third-party services, integrations, and advertisements. We work with advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and Unity Ads to deliver ads. Third-party services may collect information about you; their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Belike does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.
Some features of Belike may be offered for a fee or contain in-app purchases. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as determined by us in our sole discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of Belike (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Belike and its licensors. The trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the Service are the property of Belike or other third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belike disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Belike, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Belike during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars (USD $50) if you have not paid any amount.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belike and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 7 (User Content), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Warranty Disclaimer), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Indemnification).
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Belike is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Belike regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
